The semester-long project project / class competition in our CAE tools class revolved around this RC car. Our team built this parametric NX model from scratch, then analyzed and refined it using FEA, CFD, motion analysis and topology optimization. Our team took first place as judged by industry sponsors including Siemens, Altair, and Boeing.
